"I LOVE THESE SHOES!!! They are the most comfortable shoes ever created. The smooth wood is actually easier on the feet than cushioned shoes - very refreshing to walk in, just as comfortable after 8 hours as when I put them on. Nice and cool, too - the wood doesn't heat up my feet like most synthetic materials do. Classic styling, too - I can wear them just about anywhere. Highly recommended!!!"

"I've worn DS for years and this pair for some reason didn't feel as good as past ones. This pair was made in Italy, which may be the reason? The pair I was replacing had more cushion/padding on the straps. This pair, the strap seemed thinner and rubbed the side of my big toe. I had to wear it looser to make it more comfortable and wore socks.
I'm a fan of DS, but this one gave me second thoughts.
I wore them outside, otherwise I would have returned them."

"I love these original Dr. Scholl's clogs - they remind me of childhood. They are pretty comfy - but heavy as is the point. The leather cut into my toe a little, but once they are broken in, it should be fine. I love these in Navy!"

"I've had many pairs of these sandals since high school in the 1970's and when I slip on a new pair, the feeling comes back. They are so smooth and cool and I love the feel of my feet and legs while walking in them. I probably will always own a pair of these sandals. Although, I was hoping to find them in PURPLE! I hope more colors will continue to pop up in the traditional wooden style.

"If you're tired of the flip flop look, this is the shoe for you. Not only confortable but pleasantly stylish. I've been getting a lot of second stares at the shoes because I think people only see Dr. Scholl's as a orthopedic shoe or non stylish shoe. "I have been wearing the Original Dr. Scholl sandals since they first started making them! It takes a few weeks to break in a new pair, but after that they feel great. I can still get arch support, even with a sandal. They are a bit difficult to find in stores, so I usually end up finding them online. I love the new variations of this style also and bought a pair of the soft ones at the same time."
